Baseball bats and internet war weapons seem to be less violent than cluster bombs.
What do you think about the clause in the U.S. Constitution that says, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed?” Is an eighteen year old able to bear a nuclear weapon? Does anyone have the right to bear nuclear arms or landmines? Can an eighteen year old be a part of a well regulated Militia? At what age do we hand our children a hand gun?
